We help international healthcare companies, investors, and innovation hubs navigate US expansion with confidence.
We’re different– because we’ve been dedicated to supporting innovators and their investors scale globally for the last decade.
We’re a small team with deep international experience, having lived professionally across Europe and South America for a decade prior to launching Venture Atlas Labs.
Our early careers took us through innovation development in academia, sales and marketing leadership within both Fortune 100 companies and startups, executive roles at publicly-traded companies, non-dilutive funding efforts from federal institutions, and high-growth positions in growth and acquisition capital.
The following ten years growing Venture Atlas Labs taught us how to refine the nuances between investment and innovation as companies scale internationally.
We witnessed supporting organizations commit to a template of innovation theater that didn’t particularly help international healthtech companies navigate the US and certainly didn’t leverage their strengths. Wearing our investment hats and leveraging our experience from all sides of innovation, we found this inefficiency frustrating and unnecessary—so we set out to change that.

Our values
We’re never going to drop a stack of superfluous reports in your inbox that don’t inform decisions. Instead, we just give you the best, straightforward information possible.
We’re as exhausted by fly-by-night consultants as you are, because we’ve been on your side of the table. Instead, we aim to be actually useful because we want you to succeed.
We stay in the deep end, not in the side lines. We don’t just give out armchair advice. We put to practice what we preach.
We don’t play games with our partners (that’s you!) because we treat our partners like, well, partners. If we know the answer or can point you in the right direction right then and there, we will. See how consulting works.
We’re geographically agnostic. While we’re headquartered in Paris, France, we work across the US. Our network of healthcare providers and partners is diversified across the US, as well as our network of soft landing options.
We take confidentiality very seriously. We’re often privy to privileged information which sometimes prohibits us from taking on competitors. We proactively recuse ourselves from these conflicting situations.
We’re not in this to be extractive. We know the investment world, from early-stage investing through private equity, and we know what both working on a runway is like–and what it means to be responsible stewards of LPs’ capital. We strive to provide top tier services that provide truly impactful value.
We show up for diplomacy. We believe the best path forward to building a more peaceful planet is through international collaboration with companies that improve the health and well being of citizens everywhere.

Chief Marketing Officer | Oncology | AI | Scaleup
“I’m still spinning that your team was able to unstick our problems. None of this is obvious, but we couldn’t have seen what we needed to do without you.”
Portfolio Manager | PE fund | Medical devices
“We wouldn’t trust many firms with this level of input into the direction of our companies, but we were impressed from the beginning with the level of experience your team had. We’ve appreciated your reliability over the years and have full confidence in your insights.”
Director of Healthcare | Ministry of Foreign Affairs | Commercialization workshops
“We didn’t expect the workshop to be so well-received or, honestly, to get so much from it. This is something that needs to be in the budget every year.”
